If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

• We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-returnable items:

• Sale items
• Accessories such as jewelry, earrings, watches (for hygiene reasons)
• Items damaged by misuse or mishandling

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
• Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
• Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to complete the process.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
